Starting Day 2

OK! Today is day 2! Since I already got started yesterday, today should be just a baby step in getting easier. I'm going to weigh myself every day, mainly for my own motivation, but I'll post on here every week mile marker my weight, and how much I've lost. Also I'll post pictures too, every two weeks or so, so that you can see the difference, if there is any.

I'm going to focus mainly on the work out portion of the weight loss today! I'm going to look for a fun, not too expensive class to go to. Maybe a barre class? I've heard they're great! I'm starting to walk as well, and then eventually I'll get up to running.

If anyone has any suggestions, comments, or questions, please let me know!! I'm always up for new ideas. =]

  1. Any sort of weight training will help. Muscle burns more than fat!
